Do you take on maintenance for systems another contractor installed?
We do. The first task is an audit of the existing installation so that we can build an accurate asset register and revision controlled drawings. If the documentation is incomplete, we reconstruct it from the floor. Once the register is sound, we can offer a support contract with defined preventive schedules, spare parts and response windows, exactly as we would for a plant we built ourselves.
